Price
Price quotations are subject to change without notice. If for any reason the price quoted is not correct, Les Rives will contact you for authorization. Tips and all other purchases of a personal expense are not included.
Payment
Full payment should be made on the day of departure at the Les Rives Kiosk.
Confirmation
After booking, Les Rives will send a confirmation by e-mail.
All information regarding the travellers should be correctly given in the confirmation.
Les Rives cannot be held responsible for any problem that may happen if you don’t receive or read carefully your confirmation. In case you have not received the confirmation, you must notify Les Rives at least 48 hours before the departure date to Les Rives at [email protected]
Cancellation and Refund
Cancellation
Normal tours
– Cancellation 10 days and more than 10 calendar days before departure date: You will be refunded the deposit.
– Cancellation less than 10 calendar days before departure date: You will not be refunded the deposit (no refund).
Private tours/Special request
– Cancellation 10 days and more than 10 calendar days before departure date: You will be refunded the deposit.
– Cancellation less than 10 calendar days before departure date: You will not be refunded the deposit (no refund).
Procedure to cancel a booking
– Full cancellation of services previously confirmed by Les Rives must be followed by a confirmation of cancellation from Les Rives.
– Les Rives will not be responsible for any cancellation not received and not confirmed back to you from our side.
