Sunset Cruise and Saigon by Night Tour
Set off on a journey on a relaxed river cruise at sunset, admiring the lush, jungle-like riverside landscape as the city disappears behind you. The cruise will be followed by an adventurous tour of Saigon by night, which will let you see some of the famous sights along with the areas not familiar to the tourists.
The speedboat will bring you to an old area of Saigon, where you can see a mixture of architectural styles, urban sceneries combined with historical objects. You will pass Nha Rong Wharf (The Dragon house) built in 1863 by French colonialists, where now Ho Chi Minh Museum is located. You will see Saigon Port and observe the life of the inhabitants of Saigon by night.
You will also visit Mieu Noi floating temple, built in 18 century in the middle of Vam Thuat River, which is considered to be one of the most unique architectural works in Vietnam.
At night, when the city cools down, hop on a comfortable motorbike and have an exciting ride around Saigon’s streets packed with vendors, food stalls, multi color lights and happy crowds. You will stop by the statue of a Buddhist monk who burned himself in the center of Saigon protesting against the prosecution of Buddhists in Southern Vietnam in 1963.
A choice of a cozy Banh Xeo place, a fine dining Vietnamese restaurant or a live music venue will be offered you for dinner of our Saigon by night tour. After a delicious meal stop at the famous Notre-Dame Cathedral, enjoy a refreshing journey along the canal and discover the hidden alleyways of the “Little Tokyo”, a Japanese area of Saigon.
