Experience the romance of Saigon – a city once known as the pearl of the Far East – as you explore its winding canals and waterways on a yacht tour.
The yacht will bring you to an old area of Saigon, where you can see a mixture of architectural styles, urban sceneries combined with historical objects. You will pass Nha Rong Wharf (The Dragon house) built in 1863 by French colonialists, where now Ho Chi Minh Museum is located. You will see Saigon Port and observe the life of the inhabitants of Saigon by night.

3:45 pm: Your guide will meet you in the lobby of your hotel and bring you by minivan to Saigon Water Bus Station
4:15 pm: Depart by yacht and observe the bustling, historic city from the water. Explore winding canals and tributaries in a setting similar to the Mekong Delta, with traditional riverside landscapes and lush jungle expenses before watching the city’s skyline beautifully lit up at the sunset. Yacht will run slowly for great photo opportunity when we reach the centre of district 1 and Landmark 81, the tallest building in Ho Chi Minh city.
6:30 pm: Arrive back at Bach Dang pier. Les Rives’ staff will transfer you back to your hotel.
Inclusions: English-speaking tour guide, pick-up and drop off at centrally located hotels, unlimited refreshments (bottled water, soft drink, beer) and snack on board, all entrance fees.
Exclusions: Food and drinks (unless specified), gratuities (optional), surcharge for halal meal options (if required)

Bring your camera! There are amazing photo opportunities when observing the beautiful sunset on Saigon River.
Please request vegetarian or Halal food options 24 hours in advance of your tour. Please note for Halal food a $10 surcharge will be incurred.
Soft drinks ( Coke Zero), matcha green tea, water and fruit provided during the boat journey are included in the overall price and not subject additional charge.
Les Rives will provide insect repellent, waterproof ponchos and umbrellas.
Please note that the abundant water hyacinth on the Saigon River can cause the boat to stall, meaning sometimes we’ll have to go at a gentler pace than usual. Occasionally there are slight delays.
We are happy to say that no tour is exactly the same with Les Rives, and as result scheduled times can vary slightly.
