Les Rives Joint Stock Company (“Les Rives”, “we”, “us”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect when you visit lesrivesexperience.com or book a tour with us, why we collect it, and the rights you have over it — including if you are visiting from the European Union, the United Kingdom, or the United States.

What Data We Collect

Contact and booking details you provide through our booking widget, contact forms, or by email/WhatsApp: name, email, phone number, nationality, hotel/pickup address, travel dates, and any special requirements (e.g. dietary or mobility needs) you choose to share with us.
Payment information, processed directly by our booking partner Trekksoft and its payment providers. Les Rives does not store your full card details on our own servers.
Technical data, collected automatically when you browse the site: IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited, and referring site, via analytics tools (Google Analytics / Site Kit, Microsoft Clarity).
Communications you send us, including emails, contact-form messages, and WhatsApp messages.

Why We Use Your Data

Where the GDPR applies, we rely on: performance of a contract (processing your booking), legitimate interest (improving our services, preventing fraud), consent (marketing communications, non-essential cookies), and legal obligation (accounting and tax records).

We share data only with parties who need it to deliver your trip:

Trekksoft, our booking and payment platform.
Gravity Forms (contact-form submissions are processed on our own WordPress infrastructure).
Google (Site Kit / Analytics) and Microsoft Clarity, for website analytics — loaded only with your consent (see our Cookie Policy).
Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and Microsoft Advertising (Bing), to measure and improve our advertising — loaded only with your consent (see our Cookie Policy).
Tidio, our live chat provider, if you choose to start a chat — it processes the conversation and any contact details you share within it.
Local partners directly involved in delivering your tour (drivers, boat operators, guides) receive only the information needed to serve you (name, pickup location, headcount, special requirements).

We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

International Data Transfer

As a Vietnam-based company serving international guests, your data may be processed on servers located outside your country of residence, including in Vietnam and in countries where our service providers operate.
